The Children In Need Foundation
The Children In Need Foundation
The Children In Need Foundation (CINF) is a 501(c)(3) public charity operated by members of The Active 20-30 Club of Phoenix, committed to serving the greater Phoenix, Arizona community with meaningful grant-giving which seeks to address the needs and well-being of underprivileged children in the Valley.
The sole purpose of the Children In Need Foundation is to serve our community's greatest asset - our children. Our mission is to distribute, in a timely manner, the proceeds generated from the fundraising efforts of the Active 20/30 Club of Phoenix #99 and the distributions gained from its endowment.
CINF favors, but does necessarily limit funding to, those project applications that focus on one of the following five identified Areas of Opportunity:

Education (e.g. programs that address issues such as special learning needs, staying in school/dropout avoidance, violence prevention, safe schools, etc.)
Health (e.g. programs that address issues such as immunizations, staying well, children with special needs, physically/mentally challenged, etc.)
Social/Emotional Well-Being (e.g. mentoring programs, peer programs, parenting skills, counseling, etc.)
Life skills/Leisure Habits (e.g. career skills, sports, artistic programs, outdoor programs, hobby/shop programs, Boy/Girl Scout-type programs, etc.)
CINF seeks to serve our local Valley of the Sun community, and only accepts requests from organizations serving Maricopa County, unless the project/program primarily benefits Maricopa County residents.
CINF does not currently provide funding to the following:
